Ordering
To make a purchase browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy to the ‘Shopping Cart’. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to fill out a simple registration form and set up a login name and password. Once you have registered with us you will not have to repeat this process the next time you visit the shop. You will only need to enter your login name (email address) and password.
Payments
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling only. To convert prices into your own currency you may wish to visit the currency converter at http://finance.yahoo.com/currency?u.
By Credit Card
Once you have registered/logged into the site you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can pay by credit or debit card. PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards.
Your payments are made in a secure environment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). By Cheque
We accept UK cheques only. If you would like to pay by cheque you will need to select this option during the checkout process. Please note that if you opt to pay by cheque, goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared in our bank. Please write your name, card number, order number and telephone number on the back of your cheque.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly in the online shop. If you have any queries, please email Aurora Bloom at info@aurorabloom.com.
Shipping
We ship within the UK and internationally. We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days. Most items are dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. In some cases we ship items the same day. If you would like to confirm shipping times before you purchase, please email info@aurorabloom.com.
UK Shipping
Jewellery and knitted items are shipped using Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. The postage and packaging costs will be added to your sales total during the checkout process. UK shipping is charged at £1.95 to a single address. This is a flat fee and applies whether you buy 1 item or 10.
Postage and packaging costs for cards and badges/pins is just £1.00 for up to 9 cards/pins for UK Recorded Delivery. If you buy 10 or more cards you will be charged a flat fee of £1.95 for UK Recorded Delivery. Again, these items will require a signature on delivery.
Overseas Shipping
Aurora Bloom is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on global orders.
European orders are charged at £4.95 and will require a signature on delivery. This is a flat fee and applies whether you buy 1 item or 10.
Orders for the rest of the world are charged at £5.95 and will require a signature on delivery. This is a flat fee and applies whether you buy 1 item or 10.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@aurorabloom.com or on +44 (0)797 625 3506 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that unless goods are faulty, postage and packaging will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Your statutory rights are not affected. All returns must be sent to Aurora Bloom, 24 Windsor Road, Levenshulme, Manchester, M19 2EB.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
